Communication
For regular scheduling questions, please contact us via text or email. If you need to chat with us on the phone, let us know and we can schedule a time to talk! In emergency situations, feel free to call us directly.
Same-Day Requests
Need a walk scheduled for today? Same-day requests must be submitted before 9:00 a.m. We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability on short notice.
Overnight Care
Please submit boarding requests as soon as possible! Spots fill up quickly and if we are not able to accommodate your request, we will connect you with other trusted dog walkers in the area.
Cancellation Policy for Extended Stays
Stays longer than 5 days must be cancelled 7 days prior to the start date our your pups' stay. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the stay.
Holiday Fees
A $10 holiday fee will apply to any services scheduled on New Year's Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve/Day.
Home Access
By booking a service with us, you authorize us to enter your home to pick and drop off your pup. If your pup is not in a location that is immediately accessible, you consent to us searching necessary areas. Please let us know if there are areas of the home you would like us to avoid.
Vaccination & ID
All pups must be up to date on required vaccinations and wear both a rabies tag and a valid license attached to their collar.
Safety
While safety is our top priority when your pup is in our care, accidents may happen. If your dog harms another dog or person, you are responsible for any veterinary/medical expenses.
Health & Illnesses
Being around other dogs increases the risk of illnesses such as kennel cough and giardia. If we are aware of an outbreak in the area or your dog shows signs of illness, we will contact you right away. If your pup is diagnosed with a contagious illness, please notify us immediately so we can take precautions.
Outdoor Risks & Equipment
While we use high-quality gear, sometimes equipment can fail or unexpected issues may occur. If a leash, collar, or harness fails and your dog escapes, we will respond immediately and try to recover your dog but cannot be held liable. By booking a service with us, you accept the risks of outdoor activities.
Photo & Video Consent
Sometimes we take photos and videos during our walks for social media. Please let us know if you'd rather your pup be excluded from these and we will be happy to opt them out!
